Citevera is an Automated Cloud-Based Schema.org JSON-LD Generator & AI Visibility Telemetry SaaS. Customers operate the hosted software themselves. The product generates Schema.org JSON-LD and shows AI visibility telemetry for the store names entered in the app. It does not sell contact lists and it does not perform the work for the customer.

We offer a full, no-questions-asked 14-day money-back guarantee on all initial subscription purchases in accordance with Paddle's consumer protection standards.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancel in 1 click. Sign in, open Account & Billing, and press Cancel trial. That click stops the trial record in this browser immediately. When a paid subscription is active, use the same Account & Billing page before the next renewal. Paddle then stops renewal and handles the return.

The 14-day guarantee covers the initial subscription purchase. Email support@usecitevera.com with the account email and the charge date. We reply within 24 business hours, confirm cancellation, and ask Paddle to return the payment to the original method. You do not need to open a card dispute for a first request.

Cancelling during the 7-day free trial, before the first charge, stops the trial from converting. No charge means there is no payment to return. The 14-day guarantee starts on the date of the first successful charge.

If a renewal charge happens after you cancelled in time, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will treat it as a billing error and request a refund.
