Citevera is an Automated Cloud-Based Schema.org JSON-LD Generator & AI Visibility Telemetry SaaS. Customers operate the hosted software themselves. The product generates Schema.org JSON-LD and shows AI visibility telemetry for the store names entered in the app. It does not sell contact lists and it does not perform the work for the customer.

These Terms govern use of Citevera at https://usecitevera.com. By starting a trial or a paid plan you agree to them.

License. During an active subscription we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the hosted software for the locations on your plan. You do not receive the source code. The license ends when the subscription ends.

Plans. Starter is US $29 per month for 1 store, including the live schema script and an AI Verified badge. Growth Pro is US $89 per month for up to 5 store locations, including competitor share intercept and multilingual exposure. Agency & Franchise is US $499 per month for up to 50 stores, with reports and an API. Global Enterprise starts at US $2,499 per month for unlimited stores, a dedicated response time, and an API. These are self-serve software licenses. Citevera does not run campaigns for the customer and does not sell contact lists. Annual billing on the listed monthly plans is 20% below the monthly price, billed for the year in advance. Global Enterprise stays on the written price. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes Paddle may add.

Free trial and renewal. Each new customer may take one 7-day free trial on SMB Cloud Sync or Growth Pro. The trial begins when checkout is confirmed. You will not be charged if you cancel before the seventh day ends. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at checkout and the first charge is taken. After that, the subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel in 1 click from the account dashboard before the renewal date. Agency & Franchise Cloud and Global Enterprise do not include a free trial unless a written offer says so. One trial per customer and payment method.

Cancellation. You may cancel by emailing support@usecitevera.com from the account email, or from the billing portal when Paddle checkout is enabled. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Deleting a browser session does not cancel a subscription.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The diagnostic compares how public pages and search notes describe a business name. Share figures are an estimate from that evidence. They are not a guarantee of future ranking, revenue, or that a crawler will recrawl on a schedule. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business name and for any text you paste onto your own website.

Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Citevera is not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that subscription in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
